You agree to only list products and services you have in inventory and can execute on immediatly. Dealers will give AutoIdaho.com comsumers an additional 1% of the listed price of any vehicle, unless the price was listed incorrectly.

In furnishing AutoIdaho.com^® material to redistrubit through the sevice you represent and warrant that none of such materials infringes any upon any copyright, is defamatory or otherwise violates the rights of, or will cause damage or injury to, any other person or entity or violates any law. AutoIdaho.com^® is not responsible for the completeness or incompleteness, accuracy or inaccuracy, size, arrangement or content of any text, graphics, audio/visual or other material furnished by the client to be reproduced or incorporated in the completed work. In the event the work or any part thereof is defective or delayed due to AutoIdaho.com^® error (including negligence), AutoIdaho.com^® shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits or business.

Users will be able to review and contact anyone who has submitted a customer rating about their service or business. If the user cannot be contacted or will not verify the that information in the customer rating is true and was posted by them the rating will be removed at the request of the user who has recieved a false rating.

All gas prices are submitted on the honor system and are ment to be used as a guide for loacting the lowest priced fule in an area, not as a leagle or reliable contract under any condition. Prices are uploaded and posted by third parties at this tiime. If we find that false prices are being posted we will require our users to log in to post prices in the future. AutoIdaho.com^® does not garantee the prices and the prices may have changed since they were posted. The owners of the fule pumps are the sole decision makers who decide how much to sell and advertise their fule for. AutoIdaho.com^® is not a fule advertising service. Fule prices posted on AutoIdaho.com^® are for information purposes onlyy, they are not being advertised.

AutoIdaho.com^® will not be held responsible for the service being available or disruptions in the availibility of the service. We do try to keep the service up and running smoothly, but due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot be held responsible for any loss of profit due to your business relying on information provided by the service. Dealers listing their vehicles on AutoIdaho.com agreer to provide a 1% discount against the vehicle's listed price on AutoIdaho.com^® u nless listed in error by a AutoIdaho.com^® representative.

Any links to the service must be to the home page at www.AutoIdaho.com^® and not other page. You may not frame any content or pages contained within the service unless expressly granted permission by AutoIdaho.com^®.

AutoIdaho.com^® reserved the right to remove all information from the site for any reason. You agree that all informaton can bemodified or removed by AutoIdaho.com^® at any time for any reason at AutoIdaho.com^®'s sole discression.

The cost to advertise vehicles, services and coupons through the service is subject to change at any time. Any products or advertising purchased prior to the change will still be valid and will continue to be honored by AutoIdaho.com^® under the agreement that they were purchased.

Payments made to AutoIdaho.com^® are due net 30 starting from the date shown on the invoice. If payments ae not recieved within 60 of invoicing all monies due to AutoIdaho.com^® at that point in time will recive a 10% financing based on the total amount owed to either parties combined together. By using the service in any way you agree that AutoIdaho.com^® my add, edit or remove content at AutoIdaho.com^®'s sole discression. AutoIdaho.com^® will start removing published vehicles, coupons, directory placements and any other published material for purposes of non payment after any invoice has become 60 days past due.

Dealears will be considered sepereat by location and main phone line at each location. Franchised dealears may have one common billing location and common contact numbers published for all dealerships. You agree by posting vehicles and services that the vehicle and services are immediatly availible at the dealership location they are being published under. Multiple location based dealerships cannot list the same vehicle at multiple locations or under the same account. If vehicles are moved from one dealer location to another they must first be removed from one location then published at the new location.

IF YOU RELY ON THIS SERVICE OR ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SERVICE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. AutoIdaho.com^® WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONIES BECAUSE OF DELAYS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, INACCURACIES, AND/OR OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PUBLISHED OVER THIS SITE. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND CAN BE DISCONTINUED BY AutoIdaho.com^® AT ANY TIME.
